Most of the work in Notulous happens at a desk. But a client calls while you're out, a question comes in on the train, or you want to check what's on your plate before the day starts. For those moments there's now the Notulous app, for iPhone, iPad and Android.

What it does

  • Home: what's assigned to you, what you're waiting on, your time this week and the latest activity on your work.
  • Issues: your issues as a list or as a board, with the same filters as in the browser. Change the status, priority or assignee, add comments and attach photos.
  • Projects: the overview, the board, the issues, the notes and the files of every project you work on.
  • Notes: the notes of all your projects, as a list or as cards.
  • Your personal space: your private to-dos, next to everything that's assigned to you elsewhere.
  • Time: start a timer on an issue and stop it when you're done, or log your time afterwards.
  • Inbox: mentions, assignments, comments and status changes, as push notifications if you like.

Made for each screen

On a phone the app has tabs at the bottom; on an iPad or Android tablet it has the same menu as the web app, with the board using the full width. It follows your phone's light or dark mode, signs you in with a passkey if you have one, and opens Notulous links from mail or chat in the app instead of the browser.

When you can get it

We're testing the app with our own team now. We'll post here as soon as it's in the App Store and on Google Play. It works with every Notulous workspace, at no extra cost.
